River is going on a Caribbean cruise but can’t wear sexy bikinis because her family won’t buy them. She steals bikinis from the mall and gets caught by Officer Pounder. He takes her to the back for questioning and searches her, discovering the stolen bikinis. River offers to have sex with him in exchange for letting her go.
