Lisa, also known as Penny Barber, wakes up to find a note from her husband Terry. The note reads: “I didn’t want to wake you, had an early meeting. I love you.”

Later, in the kitchen, Lisa receives a call from Terry. He informs her that he won’t be home for dinner due to an important merger project.

Lisa then looks at a business card she has, which lists George Appleton, a freelance journalist and author. She decides to give George a call.
